THE TRINITY HOUSE STORY
Founders and Directors, Soren and Ever Johnson, met in the Jubilee Year of 2000 at a seminar designed to teach Pope Saint John Paul II’s vision for a culture of life. To help usher in the holy pope’s “new springtime for the Church and humankind,” the Johnsons founded the non-profit in 2006 and hosted seminars and fostered community in Washington, DC, area parishes from 2006-2014.
In 2014, the ministry opened Trinity House Café + Market, in Leesburg, Virginia, to share Pope St. John Paul II’s vision with the public. In 2015, the first Trinity House Community group of families began meeting at the cafe. In 2019, the Johnsons, proud parents of five children, started teaching the Heaven in Your Home Workshop in parishes and sending out the inspiring weekly Heaven in Your Home Letters for parents.
Now, parish-based Trinity House Community Groups are giving families a place to grow. In the Diocese of Arlington and beyond, both English and Spanish-speaking families are gathering together for the formation and support they need to be able to live out and pass on the Catholic faith.
