Mark and Karen began 2025 as the overwhelmed parents of three children ages nine and under. Surrounded by a toxic culture and lacking a close-knit community of like-minded families, they felt alone in their desire to live out the faith. But on a Saturday evening last January, they walked into their parish hall together as a family and experienced their first Heaven in Your Home Gathering.

By this past September, they had attended four Gatherings and their oldest child was constantly asking, “When is the next Heaven in Your Home?” They now have new friends who they invite over for meals and play dates. In just a few short months, they have connected more deeply with one another and with their parish community. They shared:
