Raised in a large Catholic family of restaurateurs in Fort Worth, Texas, Ever enjoys bringing her family’s spirit of hospitality to the ministry’s Trinity House Cafe + Market and to her family’s home in the countryside south of Leesburg.

Alison Fram, Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Alison supports all things admin, events, and nonprofit operations for Trinity House Community. She also enjoys lending a hand at the ministry’s Trinity House Café.
A Northern Virginia native, Alison earned her B.A. in Theology and Youth Ministry from Mount St. Mary’s University. She spent thirteen years in parish ministry, accompanying families and young adults and supporting mission work in Haiti, Jamaica, and Honduras. She’s excited to be a part of Team Trinity and support families and their children in a new way. Alison is passionate about helping people encounter God’s great love – starting right at home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking adventures with her dog Daisy, being an aunt, and quality time with friends. She also loves coffee and thinks working in the offices above Trinity House Café is about as good as it gets.
